A two-hour session where you’re immersed in all things chocolate, this tour is hosted by Gabe Davidson, WCF co-founder, and the person who introduced bean-to-bar ethical chocolate-making to New Zealand in 2013.

You’ll learn all about the history of chocolate, the art of craft chocolate and the chocolate-making process, right from bean to bar.

Enjoy a chocolate tasting experience featuring single origin, inclusions and milk chocolates. It’s all about ‘snap, smell & savour’, learn how to seek out and enjoy high-quality, small-batch chocolate.

And then the fun begins – you’re given the opportunity to let your creativity and imagination run wild as you make your own chocolate to take home.

A fantastical chocolate experience - perfect as a gift or to treat yourself.

Super fun date night

This class was an absolute blast. Gabe is very easy to get along with and goes through every step of the chocolate making process in an interactive way. It was a super fun, casual, and tasty evening. I don't want to give away too much, but highly recommend it to anyone who loves chocolate, wants to know more about the craft chocolate process, or needs a fun night out! :]
